Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Frozz AI ("Frozz AI", "we", "us", "our"), a mobile software house based in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. They apply to every mobile application published by Frozz AI on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (each an "App"), to the website frozzai.biz.id, and to related services (together, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. An App may have additional terms shown in the App; those terms form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hallo@frozzai.biz.id if you suspect unauthorised access.

You can delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

License to use the Apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Apps; reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code except where the law expressly allows it; or remove any proprietary notices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Break any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that exploits minors.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to the Services, servers, or networks.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services without our written permission.
• Get around security features, usage limits, or payment requirements.
• Use AI features to create content that is deceptive, infringing, or intended to cause harm.

Where an App lets users post content or interact, you can report objectionable content or users in the App or by email, and we will review reports and act on them promptly, including removing content and blocking abusive users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit through the Services ("User Content"). You grant Frozz AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate and provide the Services to you.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or the law.

AI features

Some Apps include features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and may not be unique. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it.

Your input may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate output, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases & subscriptions

Some Apps offer paid features, in-app purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment — all payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing & cancelling — manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials — any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

We may change prices or features of paid offerings. Price changes to existing subscriptions follow the notice rules of Apple and Google.

Third-party services

The Services may include or link to third-party services, content, or websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (but excluding your User Content), are owned by Frozz AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we will process your data as described there.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Services or other users. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozz AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) IDR 1,000,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frozz AI from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

Apple & Google terms

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store

• These Terms are between you and Frozz AI only, not Apple. Frozz AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• Frozz AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• Frozz AI, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Apps downloaded from Google Play

Your use of an App downloaded from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. If these Terms conflict with the Google Play Terms of Service regarding your use of Google Play, the Google Play terms apply.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) in Gresik, Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms may be provided in more than one language; if there is a conflict, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
